Hi! My name is Anna Skevik.
I have my background in the IT industry, where I started in 1980 as a programmer and system developer. In the years 1994-2000, I was part of a company’s management team and worked with staff development. During these years I also taught stress and stress management, both internally and externally.
In 1996, I came in contact with the therapy form psychosynthesis and I felt that I had found something valuable. An approach to relate to myself and to others based on my truth, with honesty, respect and consideration for my own and others’ uniqueness.

In 2009, I discovered Divine Truth and once again felt that I had found something valuable. Divine Truth is teaching about God’s truth and love and how we can receive it and how we can develop our love for ourselves, animals and nature. What I have learned about the importance of experiencing, expressing and releasing depressed emotions has changed my whole life in a positive direction.

In 2014, the first presentation in the series Assistance Group – An Education in Love appeared on the website Divine Truth. I felt a strong desire to see and discuss the material with others, so I started a study group.

In the years 2000-2021, I worked in my own business as a psychosynthesis therapist.
From 2009, my way of working changed through an increased focus on my new knowledge and experiences of releasing depressed emotions and the negative effect the blocked emotions have on our lives.
In December 2021, I closed down my commercial business and continued, on a non-profit basis, to offer support to people to find their inner compass and to navigate towards a happier life. It is my desire and passion in life to support people to find their way to create a happy life and if they want, to explore spirituality!
I am a behavioral scientist, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and pedagogy (1994) from the University of Gothenburg.
In 1996-2000, I studied psychosynthesis and graduated as a certified psychosynthesis guide at the Psychosynthesis Institute in Gothenburg. An education that follows the criteria that apply to the European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP) and the European Federation for Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy (EFPP).
In 2007-2008, I studied training from a transpersonal and integrative perspective at the Psychosynthesis Academy in Stockholm.
